- Grade ***,0,Blank Grade,無効: These vehicles have one/ multiple of the following. The vehicle has been in a major accident, The vehicle is not running, The vehicle is not at the auction house or finally "No claim, buy as is". Typically these vehicles have had quite the history and we almost always suggest getting inspections on vehicles of this class.
- Grade R: These vehicles typically have a accident history, This may or may not have been repaired. R grade vehicles can come in various conditions and are almost always worth an inspection. With this we can have a better idea of the overall car condition and weather the damage is minor or major. this is just another great advantage of the Japanese inspection system.
- Grade RA: These vehicles have typically been involved in a minor accident. With this said the damage has been repaired and the repair has been approved as being completed properly. These vehicles can be hidden gems. Its definitely worth an inspection.
- Grade 2: These vehicles typically have extensive rust and corrosion. If considered, a inspection is most recommended.
- Grade 3: These vehicles typically require some TLC and reconditioning. will almost always have noticeable scratches, dents and or paint marks. Interior on these vehicles could see seat rips, stains, odors. The bones are typically good but require some love.
- Grade 3.5: The largest group of cars at auction. here you will find most vehicles, with this said the range is very wide and inspections are recommended. here you will typically find cars with small scratch's, dents, paint issues. as stated before getting a secondary inspection on vehicles like this gives us a better idea of the quality of vehicle and potential issues.
- Grade 4: One of the best auction grades you can achieve on a used vehicle. These vehicles MAY have small scratches and dents. The overall vehicle is above average and may only need minor repairs if any are needed at all. Its not uncommon for vehicles in this class to come with maintenance records and have a low number of previous owners.
- Grade 4.5: The second highest grade you can achieve on a used vehicle. Cars in this class are placed here for a reason, typically these cars will have extremely minor flaws if any at all. Furthermore the mileage is typically quite low. Definitely a vehicle you can be confident in.
- Grade 5: The unofficial highest grade for a used vehicle. vehicles in this class are typically very similar to grade 4.5 vehicles with the biggest difference typically being in the mileage on the vehicle. Grade 5 vehicles don't come along very often. the vehicle is typically as close to perfect that you can get.
- Grade S/6: While this class does hold used vehicles, this class is reserved for vehicles less than 12 months old from the first date of registration. Typically these cars are Brand new or extremely low in mileage.
